 When we were young we had hobbies, passion, skills that we would articulate that we can share with the world. But as we grow older we almost forget all those silks, we struggle to express our passion for absolutely anything. The reason is maybe that we always wanted to be on the safer side of the world. A job that pays well, a monthly income that is just needed to pay your bills. We are so busy trying to convince people of the skills that we don’t have we absolutely forgot about the skills we actually possess.  

The reality is most the people are not even qualified for that work or sometimes failed to deliver what is expected of them. They work hard, struggle with no passion for their work. The work that you are not passionate about will never give you satisfaction in life.

All our life we are meant to believe we require a certain set of skills and qualification that define us. We are made to believe that we need to have certain meritocracy or we need to have a certain job that fulfils our needs and give us a certain status.

The truth is everyone has potential and talent. Everyone possesses some certain set of skills, passion or things that they are good at On the contrary the more self-aware we become, the more confident we become about the skills we possess.

But before you get started you need to find your passion first. All you need to do is ask yourself certain questions-

What are you good at..?

What do you love working..?

What work doesn’t even feel like work..?

Is that the Job you really wanted to do..?

Find explore while you have time. Figure out who you are. There is no such thing like- “I don’t time now” or “It’s too late”. Get started no matter at what age. Invest in your passion. Follow it, work on them the more you work on your skills the more refined they get. Improve and enhance them to get better. The more you will enhance them the more confident and stable you become in life.

Remember your skills are the greatest assets that you can possess. No one can take away them from you. Till the time you have your talent with you, the less afraid and insecure you will become for your job.
