Homemade Chocolate Frosting - The Perfect Finishing Touch For a Cake

Chocolate frosting is the perfect finishing touch on your baked cake. It can easily be made at home using easy to find ingredients. A heavy-duty mixer is required for this recipe because you will need to blend it for seven to ten minutes on medium speed to allow the ingredients to mix together and give you a lighter texture. This will make it easy for you to spread the frosting over your cake and ensure that all of the ingredients have had a chance to blend together.

This is my favourite chocolate frosting recipe. You can substitute the powdered coffee creamer for another flavoured powder creamer, and you can substitute the heavy whipping cream for a liquid coffee creamer flavour as well. The options are endless when you look at the number of liquid coffee creamers that are on the market.

This chocolate frosting is stiff enough to pipe flowers and other decorations and light in taste where you can eat it with a spoon.

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

8 cups confectioner's sugar

•      1 cup powdered coffee creamer

2 tsp salt

2 cups unsalted butter

1-1/2 cups Crisco shortening

3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa or dutch cocoa

1/2 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

In a KitchenAid or other heavy-duty mixer, combine all the dry ingredients. Blend for two minutes to incorporate. Add softened butter and Crisco shortening to the dry mixture and start blending at low speed to incorporate. You may want to cover your mixer with a towel. The mixture will be extremely thick at this point. Start adding the heavy whipping cream. Turn the mixer speed up to whip it a little more, then decrease the speed and add the vanilla extract. Beat well on medium speed for seven to ten minutes until you reach the consistency desired.

Variations of this recipe can also be made by substituting Grand Marnier for part of the heavy whipping cream. You can also substitute some of the powdered coffee creamers for espresso powder to give it a different flavour combination.

This chocolate frosting recipe can be made in advance and frozen, then thawed when ready to use. Once defrosted, it can be re-whipped with no problem. Frosted chocolate cakes can also be frozen. Refrigerate your chocolate frosting covered cake until the frosting is set, and then cover the entire cake with wax paper or parchment paper. Then cover the cake completely with heavy-duty aluminium foil. It will stay fresh for a couple months in the freezer.

Dussehra Gifting Ideas

In Hindu culture, Dussehra is one of the most important festivals. According to the Hindu Calendar, we celebrate this festival of Dussehra on the 10th day after the nine days of Navratri is completed. Dussehra is mainly celebrated as the victory of Lord Ram over the Ravana, the demon king of the Lanka. It is also celebrated as the victory of Maa Durga over the demon Mahishasur. People celebrate this festival with great enthusiasm and energy and devotion.

On this special occasion, people send gifts to their closed ones along with good wishes for them. People usually gift silver items like Lord Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi’s symbols to their friends and relatives. It is an ideal gifting option for your Hindu friends on the occasion of Dussehra. Silver gifting items are very attractive and durable. Moreover, such gifts give a spiritualistic ambiance at home. Silver coins with the impression of goddess Laxmi, Lord Ganesha, and Goddess Saraswati are the most common gifting options at this festival. A silver pen, puja thalis & Kalash,  etc. are other gifting options. These gifts will bring a smile to your people’s faces.

We can also express our feelings of love and care to our loved ones by sending them a bouquet of flowers on Dussehra. There are a lot of options available in flowers like you can gift someone roses, lilies, orchids, etc. Fresh flowers can make someone’s day more special and full of joy and excitement on this auspicious day.

But just keep everything aside, a festival is always incomplete without the sweets. Without having something sweet we cannot celebrate festivals. It is a must-have thing at almost every festival. So, a cake will be the best option to gift to your beloved ones. As it is an auspicious festival you can send eggless cakes or Dry-fruits cake to your friends. You can make cakes at home or order cake online in Gurgaon.

Instead, there are also some other options like gifting new clothes to your relatives and house decor items like hangings, showpieces, photo frames, etc. Such presents also make your people happy on the festival day.

So, considering all of the above giftings options, you can now decide what kind of gift you wanna give to your friends and family to please them at this Dussehra. Hope these gifts bring happiness and excitement to your life too.

HAPPY DUSSEHRA TO ALL OF YOU!

Government Schools At Deteriorating Stage & Questionable Condition

EDUCATION SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS

India's goal is to know this century as a powerful country. However, this dream will not be complete unless the issues of the public education system are addressed in the country. The system must be so effective that it can meet the needs of our future generations. There are more than 10 lakh schools in India, where approximately 25 million students are studying. Up to now, about 40 per cent of the students is in private schools. However, if the standard remains the same by 2025, 75 per cent of students will opt for government school.

IMPROVING SCHOOL ACCOUNTABILITY

There is a need to take appropriate steps to improve the education system in government schools, to improve the level of accountability. There are some states where the performance of students in board exam can be best told by simply being the best. For example, there are schools in Punjab where no student has passed the 10th standard examination. Most students in Himachal Pradesh is able to pass the 10th standard examination, but only a few students get respectable marks. Comparison of these states is very good in Haryana but still, there has been little or no improvement in the performance of students in the last few years. The problem is that despite this poor performance, the government has not stopped any of these schools. In India's public education system, there is no risk-reward system at this time and in this case, it depends only on the teacher whether he wants to help students perform better. This is a matter of choice rather than the duty of the teacher because it should ideally be.

COOPERATION AND PARTNERSHIP WITH PRIVATE BODIES

Privatization can be a way in which the difference in the quality of Indian public education can be addressed at a large scale. Private entrepreneurs are always required to provide quality because they also require large-scale publicity to stay in the market. At the same time, they have to be competitive about their prices. If the school is not good in terms of price and quality, then they will not be able to tie more. In such cases, parents choose other options. However, it will have to allow for faster privatization rules.

FOCUSING ON EMPLOYMENT AND SKILL

The high rate of dropout among children's studies is a matter of serious concern. The main reason is that students feel that they do not get jobs even if they do more studies. This is especially true for students who come from low-income families. However, this situation can be addressed to a great extent by starting a vocational study at the secondary level. Special attention can be given to areas like retail, nursing, hospitality because their demand is very high.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLIGHT OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS?

1. In rural areas, the basic facilities for education are extremely poor. There are no facilities for classroom rooms, laboratories, toilets, furniture, blackboards, playgrounds and drinking water, and if there are too many are in bad condition.

2. Girls are not safe in schools and their toilets are either not in schools or in very poor condition. For this reason, parents are hesitant to send girls to these schools.

3. There is a huge shortage of teachers in government schools, even subject-based teachers are not available in urban areas, especially due to the lack of teachers of mathematics, science and English, increasing the quality of education.

4. Children are not present in government schools, because parents write the name of the child and instead of sending them to school, they take them on wages and rarely comes to school.

5. Not taking enthusiasm in the teaching of teachers is also a major reason for the level of falling education in government schools.

6. Teachers are employed in non-teaching tasks such as elections, surveys, census, midday meal and livestock etc., which break their teaching order.

7. The curriculum is anomalous and is more difficult than the mental level of the students so that they do not read their mind and many textual are out of their understanding.

8. The argument of evaluation is not in line with the quality of education. It is a sign of success in examinations in government schools and remembering the lessons.

9. Most of the students belong to poor labourers, so their parents are either illiterate or very less educated so they cannot help at the education level of the students.

10. In most of the states, many cadres of teachers have been placed on low wages, which has dissatisfaction in their minds and its impact clearly shows the quality of education.

11. The view of politicians and bureaucrats is disappointing towards rural schools.

12. There is no source of income in government schools. Financial loss hinges in raising basic amenities.

China Stand Against Terrorism Declared Masood Azhar A Terrorist

Every now and then we hear a terrorist attack in the corners of the world. India, France recently Sri Lanka. These people have no religion and humanity in them. One of such wicked being Masood Azhar which have been targeting India for so long has been officially declared as a terrorist now.

China gave a big statement regarding declaring Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar a world terrorist. On Tuesday, China had said that an affordable answer to the issue of declaring Masood Azhar as a world terrorist would be resolved. However, China has not given any time limit for this.
The special thing is that after China's President Xi Jinping meeting with Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan a few days ago, this perspective came from China. China had imposed a technical ban on travel a new proposal to ban the head of the Pakistani organization Jaish-e-Mohammad (Masood Azhar). Jaish took responsibility for the Pulwama terror attack. China banned Azhar's fourth attempt to declare a terrorist by the United Nations.

Masood Azhar is the head of the Jaish-e-Mohammad, who is responsible for the terrorist attack in Pulwama. Masood was born in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, in 1968. Azhar was number ten in eleven siblings. Father of Masood Azhar was the headmaster at the govt. school. Maulana Masood Azhar was studied in Jamia Uloom al-Islami of Karachi. Azhar has conjointly been related to Harkat-ul-Ansar. For the first time, Azhar was arrested in 1994. He was arrested in Srinagar. Once the Kandahar air-condition, demand for the release of extremist leaders like Maulana Masood Azhar, Mushtaq Zargar and Sheikh Ahmad Omar Sayeed in Indian prisons was demanded and abandoned. After the release from jail, Maulana Masood Azhar arranged the muse of the terrorist organization named Jaish-Mohammad in February 2000, which meant the execution of terrorist incidents in India. In 2001, there was an attack on the Indian Parliament which was executed by Jaish-e-Mohammed. He was arrested in Pakistan and, after being denied proof against him, the Lahore judicature ordered him to leave.

America has not been insulated from the wicked intentions of terrorist Masood Azhar. American journalist Daniel Pearl was assassinated in 2002. After this incident, the USA has asked Masood Azhar. After the pressure inflated, he was taken into custody and detained. But he managed to escape.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said in a media briefing here that I will only say that I believe it will get resolved in a proper manner. He was responsive to the questions asked regarding these reports that China has agreed to remove Azhar's technical stop on a fresh proposal of France, UK and the united states to be listed under the United Nations Security Council's 1267 terrorist organization Ban Committee. This time, the United States, the United Kingdom and France have increased the pressure on Beijing by taking the issue on to the United Nations Security Council.

PM Modi has responded by declaring Masood Azhar, the head of a terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed, a global Terrorist by the United Nations. While addressing a rally in Jaipur, PM Modi said that now the country can hit on wherever there is a danger, and if he shoots then we will shoot. PM Modi said that the UNSC has declared Masood Azhar, a criminal of Jaish-e-Mohammed, a world terrorist. This is often a big victory in our fight against terrorism.

At the same time, senior BJP leader Ram Madhav has additionally reacted in the matter of declaring Masood Azhar as a world terrorist. He said that this is India's diplomatic victory. We would like to thank the United States Security Council. Each citizen of the country is very happy.

The United Nations has named Masood Azhar international terrorist on the blacklist. India has long been demanding Masood Azhar to declare one. This time China has not obstructed Masood Azhar to declare international terrorists. Masood Azhar is accused of having many major terror attacks in India.

That’s a positive sign in order to fight terrorism. Countries from all over the world should get united and stand against it in order to make this world better and peaceful. Celebrate this occasion by ordering a cake look for online cake delivery and get a flash fast cake delivery service.

Mother's love is a feeling, something that will require unlimited words to explain because it is as deep as an ocean. After coming into the world the first place we find secure our salves is in the lap of our mother. Without even speaking, she understands what we want. Mother's love always encourages us in lows and highs in life. She is the only person who has no demand except for our best future. A mother is a person who plays the most important role in everyone's life. Nobody can take her place being a mother can be the best feeling for a woman ever. Mother is the one who can do her best for giving her child each and every comfort. In different stages, a child tries to learn the lessons of life under the guidance of his mother. Mother's love for her child is beyond anyone's expectations.

Behind the success of a person, most efforts are probably done by our mothers to bring out the best in us. Mother's love can change the wrong way on which her child has started walking. Her love easily turns her child on the right path of truth and honesty. This is the power of a mother's love. Mother is synonymous with care, sacrifice or selflessness. Mother's love for their child can't be compared with any love in the world. For a child, the mother is so special that it is difficult to express it in words. The relationship between a child and a mother is so strong that no one can break it.

When we feel hungry we first miss our mother, Am I, Right Friends??  Our first is for our mother-“Mom I am hungry”. Is there something to eat? We give voice to our mother because we know that our hunger will be solved only by the mother and she will prepare something for us immediately. Sometimes we are not even hungry still she feeds us. Honestly, mother plays many important roles in our life. Words can never be enough to describe her.

When a child is born; from moment onwards mother is the person who can easily understand the feelings or needs of her child. She spends every moment around her child to meet all their needs. Since childhood, our mother tells us that being a good person is the most important thing, teaches us what is wrong and what is right and encourages us to do good things in life. She loves and cares about us without any greed. Mother always understood our problems even though we are not sharing with her. She enhances confidence in us to overcome the problem. She always stands with us during happiness or misery. Mothers work round the clock without any complaints to keep us happy. She always first thinks about her family members without fulfilling her own desires.

Motherhood is the best part of life that a woman can have. It's a full-time job without any salary, but it matters a lot to a child. Mother's love is such a thing which one can feel, the mother's love is like the blessings of God, the mother's love is everything. People who escape from the love of their mothers are really very unfortunate. Mother is a precious gift of God that we should keep with love and care. It is very common to say that 'mom you don't understand' but in reality mother each and everything about her child.  Parents are equal to God and thus respect your mother god will always with you.

WORK FOR YOUR PASSION AND YOU DON’T NEED TO WORK AT ALL

When we were young we had hobbies, passion, skills that we would articulate that we can share with the world. But as we grow older we almost forget all those silks, we struggle to express our passion for absolutely anything. The reason is maybe that we always wanted to be on the safer side of the world. A job that pays well, a monthly income that is just needed to pay your bills. We are so busy trying to convince people of the skills that we don’t have we absolutely forgot about the skills we actually possess.
The reality is most the people are not even qualified for that work or sometimes failed to deliver what is expected of them. They work hard, struggle with no passion for their work. The work that you are not passionate about will never give you satisfaction in life.

All our life we are meant to believe we require a certain set of skills and qualification that define us. We are made to believe that we need to have certain meritocracy or we need to have a certain job that fulfils our needs and give us a certain status.
The truth is everyone has potential and talent. Everyone possesses some certain set of skills, passion or things that they are good at On the contrary the more self-aware we become, the more confident we become about the skills we possess.
But before you get started you need to find your passion first. All you need to do is ask yourself certain questions-
What are you good at..?
What do you love working..?
What work doesn’t even feel like work..?
Is that the Job you really wanted to do..?

Find explore while you have time. Figure out who you are. There is no such thing like- “I don’t time now” or “It’s too late”. Get started no matter at what age. Invest in your passion. Follow it, work on them the more you work on your skills the more refined they get. Improve and enhance them to get better. The more you will enhance them the more confident and stable you become in life.
Remember your skills are the greatest assets that you can possess. No one can take away them from you. Till the time you have your talent with you, the less afraid and insecure you will become for your job.
“Passion is the difference between having a job and having a career”.
